So much of "real" photography is listening to your instincts and following your intuition and vision. I forget wich photographer said something to the effect that all photographs either lead to a "blind alley" or somewhere glorious. It's easy to see a finished photograph and admire the ease with wich was created, but most people seldom see or realize the years of toil and work that went behind producing such work.
